	All our trophies and plaques include personalization at no additional charge. Our medals have a small personalization fee

	Would I be able to add a logo to an award?
	Yes, we can add a logo to any of our awards

	What is the difference between "sublimation" and "engraving"?
	Sublimation - Black print onto the item. Engraving - Engraved/Etched into the item. If you run your fingers over it you'll be able to feel the engraving.

	Do you offer free shipping?
	Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 to the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders.

	What should I do if I have a large order and can't place the entire order at one sitting?
